Manhandlas are both specific enemies included by default, and an enemy type selectable in the Enemy Editor.

The Enemy

A plant-like creature with multiple heads. The L1 variety has a 1x1 body and 4 heads and the L2 variety has a 2x2 body and 8 heads.

A plant-like creature with four heads. It speeds up every time Link destroys one of its heads. Like Aquamentus, it is vulnerable to most weapons. Unlike Aquamentus, its fireballs cannot be blocked. It is the boss of level 3 in the First Quest.
