An enemy originating from Link To The Past, the combo variety of the Spinning Tile is spawned by a Spinning Tile (Immediate) Combo, where it hovers for a few seconds before it attacks Link. The Enemy Sprite version must be placed on the screen via the enemy placement dialog, and it hovers over the spot where it appears before attacking Link.

Other Notes

  • Spin Tiles always return regardless of the 'Enemies Always Return' Quest Rule and the 'Enemies Always Return' Screen Flag.
  • Killing a Spin Tile enemy spawned by a Spinning Tile (Immediate) combo will cause all enemies on the screen to return as soon as Link re-enters the screen.
  • Spin Tiles are not counted as beatable enemies regardless of the 'Doesn't Count As Beatable Enemy' Flag, but can still be killed by things that kill all enemies unless this flag is checked.
  • Any Spin Tile type enemy whose tile is set to 0 will still be visible, though its behavior is affected. However, the Spinning Tile (Combo) enemy's behavior is not affected by this, since its graphics are dependent on the Spinning Tile (Immediate) combo type.
