A Link to the Past is a game that was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment system in 1992. In 2003, a Gameboy Advance port was released as A Link to the Past and Four Swords, which includes the game Four Swords.

A Link to the Past brought the following mechanics to Zelda Classic:

  • In this game, the Hammer which originates from The Adventure of Link doubles as a melee weapon
  • The L3 Bracelet item, which was labeled as the L2 Bracelet in 2.10 and lower.
