Version 0.96 debug

Many small bugs are fixed and details touched up. Phantom Menace started work on the real 2nd quest — it’s done up to level 6 — and changed the demo quest to a “custom quest” called demo.qst. Custom quests can now be loaded into Zelda Classic.
